Shawwal k 6 Roze Imam Sahab per Aitraaz :


AL-JAWAAB:

Allah ta’la ka irshaad hai:
"Aye Eimaan Walo! Agar Koi
Faasiq Tumhaare paas Koi Khabar le kar aaye to Khoob Tehqeeq kar liya karo (mubaada) ke Kisi Qoum ko Na-Daani se Nuqsan pohncha do. Phir Tumko apne Kiye par Naadim hona padey."
[Surah Hujuraat: 6]

Jo shaqs Allah ta'la ke is farmaan ka MUNKAR hai, Wo Apni
AQL me Jo samajh me aaya Ya phir Apne JAAHIL SHUYOOKH se Jo Jhooti Qabrein suni hain unhein phailaata rehta hai. Aur Jab Usko Asl HAQEEQAT bataayi Jaaye tab
bhi Wo Apne is kiye par Naadim Nahi hota balke Us HAQEEQAT ko Jhutlaane ke bahaane Talaashne lagta hai. Aison ka Hisaab to Allah Khoob lene wala hai.


Ahl-e-Sunnat Wal Jama't, Ahnaaf ka Mufti ba Qoul Ye hai ke SHAWWAL ke 6 Roze rakhna MUSTAHAB hai Jaisa ke,
Hazrat Ashraf Ali Thanvi (rahmatullahi alaih) ne likha ke,
"Aur Eid ke (ba'd) 6 Din Nafl Rozey rakhne ka bhi Doosre Naflon se Zyada Sawaab hai."

Aur Allamah Shaami (rahmatullahi alaih) farmate hain:
"Sahab-e-Hidaayah apni Kitab At-Tajnees me kaha hai ke Eidul Fitr ke ba'd 6 Rozah lagaataar rakhna ba'z ne MAKROOH qarar diya hai magar Mukhtaar ye hai ke Isme Koi HARJ NAHI, isliye ke KARAAHAT is wajah se thi ke Kahin Inko Ramazan se hi Na Shumaar kar liya jaaye (Ya'ni Ramazan ke Rozon ki tarah FARZ na samajh liya jaaye) to is lihaaz se NASAARA ke sath MUSHAABIHAT (Imitating) ho
jati aur Ab Ye Khatrah Nahi raha."

Aur Maulana Syed Ameer Ali (rahmatullahi alaih) likhte hain:
"Aam Mashaa'iq ke nazdeek ba'd Ramazan ke 6 Roze Shawwal rakhne me Kuch Mazaa'iqah Nahi. Yehi Asaha hai Muhait Al Sarkhasi. Kyonke iski Fazeelat me Hadees Waarid hai. Phir aagey likhte hain ke Ye Roze Muttasil (lagaataar) bhi rakhe ja sakte hain aur Juda Juda bhi, Lekin Awaam me 2 wajah se Khatra hai.
Ek ye ke Wo Log Fareezah Ramazan
par ZYADATI ka GUMAAN paida karein Jaise YAHOOD Wa NASAARAH ne Apna FAREEZAH badha liya tha.
Duwwam Ye ke Isko (6 Rozon ko) laazim samjhein Jaise Ba'z JAAHIL
kehte hain ke Hamaari EID to abhi Nahi aayi Ya'ni Humko
Abhi Shesh (6) Eid rakhne hain. Lihaaza, Abu Haneefah wa Abu Yusuf (rahmatullahi alaihim) ne is MUSTAHAB ko MAKROOH (Na-Pasandeedah) rakha Kyonke Jo MUSTAHAB MUFZA ba BID'AT ho Uska TARK behter hai."

"Aur Shawwal ke 6 Rozon ka Juda Juda rakhna KARAAHAT aur NASAARAH se MUSHABIHAT se Door kar deta hai."

"Aur Imam Malik (rah.) ne in 6 Rozon ko MAKROOH kaha hai aur kaha ke, Maine Ahl-e-Fiqh me se Kisi ko Ye Rozey rakhte Nahi dekha aur Wo iske Bid'at hone ka KHAUFF
khaate the aur Ye ke Ramazan ke sath aisi Cheez mila di jaaye Jo Ramazan me se Nahi hai."

YAZDANI KI PEHLI BAD-DIYANATI:
Ghair-muqallid Yazdani, ne Fataawa Aalamgiri ki mukammal, ibaarat Naql karne me BAD-DIYANATI dikhayi hai. Jab ki Ibarat ke aagey Ye alfaaz bhi aaye hain,
 "Asaha (Ya'ni Saheeh baat) ye hai ke in Rozon (ke rakhne) me koi HARJ nahi hai.”

YAZDANI KI DOOSRI BAD-DIYANATI:
Yazdani ko Ahnaaf ka Mufti ba Qoul Madd-e-Nazar rakhna chahiye tha aur agar KARAAHAT ka Qoul hi naqal karna tha to Diyanat ka Taqaaza Ye bhi tha ke Sirf Imam Abu Haneefah (rah.) se KARAAHAT ka Qoul Zikr Na Karte balke Sath Imam Maalik (rah.) ka Qoul bhi zikr karte. Magar HANAFIYAT DUSHMANI ki wajah se Yazdani ne aisa Nahi kiya. Jab ke Imam Malik (rah.) ki KARAAHAT Kutab me
Siraahat ke sath milti hai kyonke unsey QAALA MALIK ke sath unka Qoul naqal kiya gaya hai aur Imam Abu Hanifah (rah.) se Saraahat ke sath nahi milta balke Aqwaal Naql
karne walon ne AN ABI HANEEFAH kaha hai.


KHULAASA-E-BEHAS:
Ye hai ke Jo Log Ye samajhte hain ke Shawwaal ke 6 Rozey, Ramazan ke Rozon ka darjah rakhte
hain (Ya'ni FARAA'IZ me shamil samajhte hain) Ya phir ye
samajhte hain ke Unki Asl EID to Shawwal ke Rozey rakhne
ke ba'd hai to phir Aise logon ke liye Shawwal ke 6 Rozey rakhna MAKROOH-E-TEHREEMI hoga (Ya'ni Jo Haraam ke Qareeb hai). Kyonke Faraa'iz me Izaafa karna Haraam hai.
Aur Jo log Shawwal ke 6 Rozon ko Nafl hi samajhte hain
(Ya'ni Ramazan ke Rozon se Juda samajhte hain) to phir in
Rozon ke rakhne me Koi Harj Nahi hai. Isiliye
 [Fatawa Aalamgiri] me aagey Naql hai ke, "Asaha (Ya'ni Saheeh
baat) ye hai ke in Rozon (ke rakhne) me koi HARJ nahi
hai.”
